The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. We were also delighted to find that the hotel offered free mineral water and that it was situated in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.

There were a few downsides to our experience. On the second night, there was a strong unpleasant smell in our room, which was quite off-putting.

The location was perfect, close to main attractions and public transportation. The hotel had a modern design, with a spacious lobby. My room had plenty of natural light and excellent AC. The breakfast selection was great, with friendly staff. They provided all necessary amenities and a large shower. I would stay here again for a good deal.

Plus, it was near the Las Arenas shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. The hotel was also conveniently located near some fantastic attractions like the MNAC art museum, Magic Fountains, and Poble Espanyol.

The location was perfect, right near Plaza de España, in a quiet area away from the noise of the city center. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including the metro station and the main shopping area. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the Monjuic park, with nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and soundproof, with modern and clean decor. The staff is professional and always willing to help, providing a genuine smile. The breakfast is of great quality and quantity, the best in Spain for the price. There is a fridge in the room stocked with complimentary water. The hotel is centrally located and also on the bus route for the Aerobus to the airport.

The fitness center lacks proper functioning machines and there is no pool or hot tub available at the hotel.

We loved that the hotel provided us with two double rooms close to each other instead of the family room we booked. The staff fixed a door key issue promptly. They also supplied new bottles of water daily, which was great in the hot weather. The hotel had a decent breakfast and offered discounts for kids.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place is located in a great area, near public transportation and attractions! The staff went beyond in customer service and they were always friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed with the welcome drink and the housekeeping was excellent. The sauna and sun terrace were perfect for a relaxing break and the fitness studio was well-equipped.
